OUR

STORY

Geno Stampora and Nikki Trowbridge are the founders of Mentor & Masters, an educational opportunity for future educators in the beauty industry. While working alongside each other for many years, Geno and Nikki recognized an absence of unbranded training for future educators.

To meet this need, they have joined forces to blend their dynamic teaching styles, with Geno’s impeccable emphasis on the essence of beauty and Nikki’s flawless focus on the substance, to create a learning opportunity unlike any other for those interested in taking their careers to the next level!
